We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. All retail product purchases are final sale.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be.

PARKING

At our West Allis location, there is parking available in the shopping center/plaza.

Also, street parking is made available.

CELL-PHONE USE

Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians.

Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving services during the entire service time. Because of the nature of the appointment, you will be lying down with your eyes closed for an extended amount of time and unable to care for a child, we ask that alternate care arrangements be made prior to your appointment time.
